As more details emerge about the refreshed 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, we’re getting more and more excited here at Chevrolet of Santa Fe. Once it arrives, the 2022 Silverado 1500 will show off a revamped design, cutting-edge technologies, and a rugged new off-road variant.
The Silverado 1500 lineup will add a new ZR2 trim for 2022. We don’t have all the details yet on this off-road-ready model, but we’re expecting it to come with plenty of ground clearance, features like recovery hooks and skid plates, and heavy-duty suspension and shock components for all-terrain driving near Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Exciting tech upgrades are coming to the Silverado 1500 in 2022. The truck will receive new electrical architecture that will make the infotainment system and other software faster and more powerful. Certain trim levels will also be eligible for hands-free Super Cruise technology.
The 2022 Silverado 1500 will have a new look both inside and out. The cabin will be outfitted with a redesigned console, center stack, and dashboard. The exterior will offer new paint colors, new wheel options, and an array of updated design elements.
While Chevrolet is finishing up the refreshed 2022 Silverado 1500, it will make carryover 2022 Silverado models in case you can’t wait. These will go on sale in the early fall, and we hope to welcome the updated models later this year or early in 2022.
