Chevrolet recently revealed the exciting new mid-engine 2020 Chevrolet Corvette. Now, Chevrolet has unveiled the 2020 Corvette convertible, which is the first Corvette to feature a retracting hardtop.
When you want some fresh air while driving in the new Corvette Convertible, you can activate the two-piece top at speeds of up to 30 mph. The top can conveniently lift up and then fold back. It only takes an impressive 16 seconds for the top to fold.
The convertible doesn’t sacrifice power in order to have the stylish hardtop. You can still opt for the Z51 package, which allows the engine to produce 495 horsepower. The top also doesn’t reduce the cargo space in the Corvette.
You can opt for the top and the tonneau cover to be either in body color or Carbon Flash metallic color for a bolder appearance. The convertible is only 77 pounds heavier than the coupe, and you can use the rear window of the car to help manage airflow.
We at Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe are excited about the new 2020 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. We encourage you to discuss the sports car with us at our dealership and check out the other Chevrolet models that we currently have to offer.
